Joel and Jenny

While in MO I had the opportunity to photograph my sister and her fiance`. They were a ton of fun and cooperated with me in the cold and the rain and the dark. God Bless you two!

This is where they met!

A true "Boots and Jeans" couple!

It was cold and raining/snowing, and my fingers were frozen so it was hard to handle the camera, but these two were troopers!

This is an exciting week for me. I'm spending time with my family! I hope this time of year brings a smile to your face as well.

Because of the holiday, I'll be a little harder to reach possibly. PLEASE go ahead and leave a message or send an email to let me know what you need. Don't be afraid to call. I'll return my calls and emails as soon, and as frequently as I can.

If you've been wondering about Christmas pictures, it's not too late!! I know it's cold, and I know that it seems dreary outside, but that type of weather makes beautiful outdoor pictures too. I have a session this week that will provide good examples of that and I'll be posting them this week. My opinion is, if it looks good in a catalog, then it'll make a nice portrait. If you have a nice coat that goes with the outfit, or a big sweater and a nice hat that look good...all those things work beautifully, and I PROMISE you'll like those pictures better than any indoor shots I could possibly do. The one exception to that is for small babies. I'd prefer to do them inside. I don't want to cause any babies to get chilled!

If you'd like to get Christmas pictures done, then we need to schedule for the first week of December. I have a few slots left still, mostly during the week. Then anyone who orders for Christmas pictures must have their orders in by Thursday December 18th in order to have them back by Christmas. I would recommend getting card orders in as soon as possible. I have several really great options and choices for bi or tri-fold cards, but I haven't figured out how to display them on here for you yet...I'll get it! Just know that I can do them, and if you come by I can show you options and pricing.

SALE - !! All orders received by December 12th will receive a 20% discount off of their print orders, excludes cards and frames. I'm hoping this will help in a time that is already pinched.

This is the first family I've cropped since beginning my blog. They came out beautifully, despite the chilly breeze! I thoroughly enjoyed myself! Thanks guys!

Brand New

Hello to everyone! This is my first post, and I'm so excited!!! I have been wanting to start a blog for some time, but I haven't had time to think about it. I happened to run across this system and decided to go for it!

My plan is to post favorites from recent sessions and to keep everyone up to date with specials and ideas that are hard to portray through my website. I hope that you will enjoy seeing your family, friends and neighbors featured here.

Thanks again to all of you, and welcome to my blog!!
